In a simple retrospective . . .
I was born on May 13, 1944 in a "Home" in Stranorlar, County Donegal, Ireland.
I was Inmate #651. My Mother had been Inmate #621.
Sister Ignatius ruled with an iron hand.
When I was five, I flew on a TWA Constellation – from Belfast, Northern Ireland, to New York – then on to Los Angeles . . .
. . . to join my adoptive family – my Dad, my Mom, and my older Brother, Tim.
I grew up with my Brother and family in Sierra Madre . . .
Joined the Marine Corps Reserves . . .
Studied accounting at USC . . . got my C.P.A license . . . and later my Juris Doctor degree . . .
I spent most of my career in sports management, mainly in Major League Baseball.
Now I'm ready for whatever may be next . . . but with a deep regard for so much of what I've learned.
