The CLF is a non-profit 501(C)3 – that since 1993 has served thousands of at-risk and homeless youth and families through its three program platforms of Living, Learning, and Enriching. Inmate 651 is honored to help support, promote, and donate toward the foundation to assure a brighter future for so many . . . who just need a hand.

The Vita Network is dedicated to "Living," and to date has transitioned 45 homeless and at-risk families into new homes, and has transformed hundreds of lives with new living quarters and financial aid.

The Care through College program is dedicated to "Learning," and to date has provided 47 college scholarships to deserving, at-risk teens all across Los Angeles –often the first in their families to have graduated from both high school and College.

The Camp4All program is dedicated to "Enrichment," and to date has served well more than 50,000 homeless and at-risk youth, through field trips to movies, museums, sporting events, shows, concerts, the circus, and outdoor recreational camps.

More than a million dollars in in-kind donations of toys, new clothing, furniture,  toiletries and gifts have been successfully distributed to homeless youth and at-risk families in Los Angeles . . . instilling confidence in their abilities to overcome any social, racial, and economic barriers.
